CRM Customers List

Send Bulk Message

At first, WhatsApp requires:
Creating and submitting a message template (frame) for approval through WhatsApp Business.

After the template is approved:
You can send campaigns directly without waiting for future reviews.

When you click on any customer, you will see:

  • Full customer details

  • Last visit

  • Activity status

  • Contact information

  • Direct WhatsApp messaging

  • One-click phone calling


How to Send Promotional Notifications

You can also send instant promotional campaigns using the smart push notification system.

To send notifications:
Open the main menu

Then click:
Send Notification to Customers

After that:

  • Enter the notification title

  • Write your message content

  • Click Send

The notification will instantly reach all subscribers of your store or QR menu on:
