Before you can add products to your store, you must create at least one category first, because products cannot be added without a category.
First: Add a New Category
Open:
Categories
Then click:
Add Category
After that:
- Enter the category name in Arabic
- Enter the category name in English
Then choose:
- A suitable icon for the category
Finally click:
Save Category
Second: Add a New Product
Open the main menu and click:
Manage Products
Then click:
Add New Product
Now enter the following information:
- Product name in Arabic
- Product name in English
- Product description in Arabic
- Product description in English
Then select:
- The product category
Product Type
There are two product types:
1- Single Product
Use this option if the product has:
- One price only
- One shape or variation only
Examples:
- Perfume bottle
- Single-size meal
- Any simple product without colors or sizes
2- Multiple Product
Use this option if the product has:
- Multiple prices
- Multiple sizes
- Multiple colors
- Multiple variations
Examples:
- Clothes
- Shoes
- Meals with different sizes
With multiple products, you can:
- Assign a different image for each size, color, or option
When the customer selects a size or color, the related image will appear automatically.
Important
If you want to use different images for product variations, you must first upload the images inside:
Product Image Album
Then you can link each image to the correct size or color option.
Main Product Image
After completing all product details:
Upload:
The main product image
Then click:
Save
Your product will be added successfully to your store.
